Decon Group proudly completed a transformative project for BOSK in Toronto, ON, within the Retail/Food & Beverage sector, spanning 500 sq ft. Our comprehensive services included full-scope general contracting and project management, from pre-construction to project closeout. This involved the demolition and renovation of the lobby bar, seating area, and miscellaneous enhancements to the hotel lobby. Notable activities encompassed all-new floor assembly and countertop system work, mechanical modifications to the bar, complex millwork feature installation, and the relocation and installation of luxurious fixtures. Throughout the project, we meticulously coordinated site accessibility and logistics with architects, engineers, hotel management, and guests, ensuring minimal disruption. Despite challenges, we successfully delivered the project within the 60-day timeline and under budget, totaling $630,000. Building on this success, we are excited to announce our follow-up project: Phase 2 private dining room renovation, further solidifying our commitment to excellence in construction and client satisfaction.
