Full scope demolition and renovation

We are pleased to present our successful completion of the KōJIN Momofuku project, a 5000 square foot establishment in the food and beverages sector. Our scope encompassed full general contracting and project management services, overseeing the entire process from pre-construction to project closeout, including demolition and renovation. Notably, we navigated the complexities of material procurement from foreign and international suppliers, ensuring seamless construction activities such as floor and wall assembly, roughing in mechanical and electrical systems, and intricate installations like the ventilation system for a wood-burning stove. Additionally, we managed the relocation and installation of luxurious fixtures and features, alongside comprehensive electrical work. Despite the challenge of maintaining a luxury guest experience amidst ongoing construction, our team successfully delivered exceptional results.
